How to unlock the You Aren’t the Boss of Me achievement in Space Jam: A New Legacy - The Game - Definitive Guide
Hey guys, just a tip that I thought I would share with those who are struggling with this achievement. I was struggling massively myself until I found a useful strategy.
When you get to the third and final boss of the three, and it gets to the part where you have to destroy the capsules with a charged basketball shot. Instead of destroying the capsule throw the ball against the capsule (uncharged shot) and punch it back towards the capsule and rinse and repeat.
What I found was that by doing this you can charge your Space Jam card meter and then if you have lost a considerable amount of your health and you have the Granny card equipped, you can replenish your health back to full. It takes the pressure off for those in-between battles when facing the normal enemies and you have two breaks where you can charge your special and replenish health.
By the time I had reached the last set of normal enemies I spammed my special attack to clear the enemies out and then was able to use my card again to replenish my health. Hope this is useful.

In addition to the tips in Brain5454's great guide, here are some things that helped me get this:
First fight:
Very straight forward with tips in Brain's guide, just use charged ball shots and stay in the middle. Should be able to beat this guy getting hit one or less times.
Second fight:
Similar to first just use charged ball shots. When she preps for a tail attack, you could try and attack her to break the attack like suggested in Brain's guide, but I often got hit trying to do this. Instead, I found it easier to just run to the corners of the screen. The attack seems to not be able to hit you here and you can use the time to charge another attack. I only tried the top corners, but I think the bottom ones would work as well. Should be able to defeat this boss without getting hit once or twice.
Final fight:
This is the hard part. I found Brain's guide to be great here for dodging the robots attacks. One tip I have that helped me a lot was to start the double jumps way earlier than you think you need to. For instance, once the robot puts it's hand down for a side swipe, just start jumping. Similar with the engery balls, once you see them jump. I also found not worrying about the ball helped me a lot. If you have the ball and can get a charged shot off, then great otherwise don't worry about it and punch. I found focusing on dodging the attacks was much more important then getting a little extra damage.
For the first two groups of enemies, as mentioned in Brain's guide, do not hold the ball. Your special does not charge with the ball. Just spam jump attacks, to repeatly knock enemies down until there is one or two left, then try and get them in a combo. For the second group, use the bombs the robot sweaper drops to your advantage. Try to lead groups of enemies to them before they explode and avoid them yourself and you can eliminate many of them without putting yourself in danger.
For the last group, the fun one... I found it was pretty easy by using Taz (Rampage). As soon as the last group spawns, use the special. For me, the special killed everyone except one flame guy, who had one hit left, and the big four armed guy. I was able to quickly kill the flame guy with a jump kick and the big guy with a charged ball shot and a few kicks.
With this method I was able to finish with 75% health, but maybe I just got lucky. Thank you to Brain5454, who posted an early video to help me.
Hope this helps someone, good luck and happy achievement hunting.

The method described in Johnny Sinister's solution for Point Leader is also useful for charging the Y ability. This means you can use your card in the second AND third sections of the final boss fight. Between rounds, each time you encounter the data-cylinder thing, use it to max out your gauge before advancing.
The Point Leader achievement in Space Jam: A New Legacy - The Game worth 193 pointsAchieve 999999 points in a single playthrough

Just got this and I must say the trick for using the final boss sections to charge the card was the only way I could get through. I used the health card 3 times on the final boss.

To unlock this achievement you will need to complete the game to unlock the boss rush mode.
The first boss is the brow boss. This fight isn’t that hard, as long as you remember to avoid his flying down attack. Make sure to power balls at him (hold and then release). The fight is pretty similar to his original fight so there’s not much to say about him.
The second boss is white mamba. Make sure to do jump kicks ( press and them ). And power balls at her (hold and then release). Makes sure to avoid all of her attacks and not to take too much damage for the final boss. Again, the fight is a little bit similar to her original fight so bear that it mind.
The final boss is by far the hardest one, make sure you have plenty of health to start this fight. Avoid all of its attacks and wait until it slams its hands down. Once it does that punch them with and then it should release a group of enemies make sure to defeat them all . Avoid all of its attacks and repeat. If you happen to run low of health make sure you have the grandma card equipped and eat all of the food for health points. Once you have defeated the boss you should unlock the achievement!

Boss Rush mode is unlocked after completing the main game. You will face the three bosses from the main game without any enemies in between. You only have one life and dying at any point will send you back to the first boss.
