Keep moving to the right on the second level (Valencia Station) and be sure to collect the 3 pink ship parts along the way. Build the reflector at the nearby Build A Bot station, then switch to it using the RB button. At the lower right of the room with the Build A Bot, there's a door you can open by using a reflector shot. This will net you the achievement.
