After the opening "cutscene", start trading by pressing the red button. Buy any organ, then go across to your "cargo" using the left stick or RB. Hover over the organ you purchased and just keep spamming A until the achievement unlocks. You can view your progress on the "personal" tab using the left stick or LB.

I had issues with this one. It did not unlock on my first save over multiple play sessions with 1000+ touches. I started a new save without closing the game and it did not unlock with 850-900 touches. I fully shut down the game, restarted, made a new save, and then it unlocked around 804 touches instead of 704. So if you are having issues, try it on a brand new saving after first opening the game without quitting.

Thanks for info :) worked fine for me (I did it straight away in one session) but good to know there's a workaround if there is an issue
