2.run spaceport
under upscale tourist, research then build
3. goods bought - 40
let a trader dock, then buy 40 things. doesnt have to be all from one trader
4. toxic waste disposed -20
either sell, recylce, or turn into cleansed toxic waste at factory
5. goods sold - 60
let a trader dock, then sell 30 things. doesnt have to be all from one trader.
but if you do all at once trader ship you will get achievement Mass Production

tip: get toxic waste drops from Energy Distributor, Lootbox Lottery, and anytime a trader leaves
