This achievement is a grind. The best advice I can give is go for grey, green, blue or purple parcels as they give the best chance of a customization that counts towards this achievement. The only two options that count is logo and colors, all the other options like ship colors don't count.
The route I went was sticking to the left and picking route with the color parcels above. You want to speed run the journey to Gambulon V. I was able to get about 4 to 5 customizations each speed run.
You want the at least the Advanced Warp-Thrust Nozzles, Twin Ionic Resonator, Reinforced Radar Display, Reinforced Steering Control and the Kinetic Plasma Shell. Just fly towards the base for each route and fingers cross you get one of the two customizations above. Good luck!
