Flight attendant can become sick from the following ways
-Bathroom is dirty.
-Rotten food is left near them, to get rotten food, cook a food package and leave it on the floor, it will begin to emit green smell effects.
-Gravity fails, when fixed there is a chance the flight attendant will be injured
- Dirty water pool. These are left on the deck by a Dirty mop.
-Standing in pools of vomit
-Having a infirmary onboard enables a random chance a passengers will become ill.
-Passengers can be ill when picked up from stops, and will spread illness via pools of vomit

A sick flight attendant will vomit after a certain amount of time if not healed in a infirmary.
