When you start up campaign mode be sure you have the Easy difficulty selected. You'll start out in the tutorial, when you have the chance skip it. When you first start in the game about 6 or 7 enemies will converge on you, allow them to beat you up. After a few seconds you'll die and the achievement will pop.
