Impossible to obtain. Another broken achievement in this awful game.
Just ran thru the game with a buddy playing coop, on medium, start to finish.
Taking over a city solo gives you a blue text screen, then a black/green one. Win after.
On COOP, HOWEVER, after the blue screen, you and any/every coop partner fight to the death.
Much like fighting for a princess kiss coop "Castle Crashers"
... Only when they die it counts as a death here. Yeah 👎
