When you beat the third boss you will unlock a power upgrade for wingnut that lets you suck up the muck. Every 10 spots he drops a black ball that has loot in it so smack that thing for some bonus sparklites

In order to do this, you will need the upgrade for Wingnut you receive after defeating the third boss. You will see orange goo all over certain screens on the map. Whenever you see this, switch to Wingnut using 
, hover over the Muck and use 
to start vacuuming it up. If you do this each time you find it, you'll get this trophy incredibly quickly.
