In order to do this, you'll need the upgrade for Wingnut you receive after beating the first boss. There will be small marks on the ground all over the map that will twinkle periodically, indicating that something is buried underground. Switch to Wingnut by pressing 
, hover over the spot and press 
. Wingnut will dig up whatever is underground, which could also be a Beat. Do this 100 times and the trophy is yours.
