Xbox Live matches count, too. I got the achievement, and I'm almost certain the only time I fought in some of the districts were Xbox Live matches in arenas that I didn't even select. The game somehow dumped into those arenas.

Mercatus (A slight difficulty raise from Extremus)
Domis Nobilium (The moderately difficult arena)
Insulae (Difficult but best paying place)
Oscan Capua (Difficult area but mid high fame payout)
