How to unlock the The First of Many Conquests achievement in Spartacus Legends - Definitive Guide

I did this in the extremus district all you need to do is win all of the arena fights, the primus fights and finally the boss fight. Now the hardest primus here is a guy who fights with his bear hands I took him down with a duel dagger fighter since this was the only choice for him (god knows why) and this seemed to work nicely for me after losing 3 times against him!

Now for the final fight against Oenomaus who is the boss with well over 200 threat rating, he outclassed me by a mile in stats but I used my duel sworded gladiator and took him down first time by simply laying on the pressure. Never let him recover!

Video below showing the boss fight with him. Remember lay on the pressure never let him recover from his wounds since he seems to heal at times when he is weak.

I could ONLY fight the hardest Primus (bare hands guy) with a double dagger guy. It would not let me use any other character.

Would the double daggers kill Oenomaus?
I can only beat 150+ rating gladiators with my 48 rating double daggers.

They could do it, this game seems to reward higher stats over skill though, I smacked the shit out of a stronger gladiator then he hit me 5 times and pretty much took off a health bar. So if your going to do that then you need to be playing fucking perfectly. But I think it can be done with some effort.

When you buy a new gladiator make sure he specializes in double daggers.

To conquer a district, all you have to do is win all Primus fights and defeat the Legendary Gladiator within the district. This comes hand in hand with the Legendary Gladiator Trophy, so the best place to do this is Extremus (the first and easiest district)

Quite simple as its part of story mode progression you simply have around 5 fights conquer a district.

Story achievement. To capture the area completely you need to defeat the legendary gladiator. I was able to defeat the legend on the first map of Extremus, at rank 11 with a gladiator with a two-handed sword and a rating of 119 just by spamming a combo (stick forward and 3 times )

The easiest way to do this is with daggers: hold down the "forward" button and spam , squeezing from time to time , if the enemy managed to come to his senses and counterattack.
