How to unlock the Aim High achievement in Spec Ops: The Line - Definitive Guide

A great place to farm any leftover headshots you may need is chapter 11, when the 33rd has Lugo in the hostage situation you can take out the guard directly in front of you and then you'll get his scout tactical sniper rifle. Proceed through the level until you zip line down to the lower level, clear out the immediate enemies and wait for Lugo and Adams to tell you to flank.

DO NOT FLANK. Instead stay where you are and keep picking off enemies with headshots, as long as you don't proceed with the mission you will have an infinite supply of enemies and will be relatively safe as most of their attention will be focused on Adams and Lugo. There is an ammo box near the zip line so you should be able to get around 40-50 headshots depending on how much ammo you bring down from the upper floor.

These stats are cumulative. As the name of the trophy says, aim high. There should be no problem getting this trophy while just playing through the game on your way to the platinum trophy.

A headshot can be attained with almost any weapon, including Rifles, Pistols, SMGs, Snipers and Shotguns.

Just play through the game and chances are that you will unlock this achievement during your first or second playthrough. There is not really a good place to boost this, just try your best to aim for the head. When you get a headshot, you'll get a short slow-mo moment during the gun battle. This is like an in-game trigger to show that you got one.

get it easily during the passage, just aim at the heads, I advise you to take the AK-47 and switch to single cartridges, it will be easier.

Kalash and Famas are the only guns in the game where you can switch the fire mode (and there is no single fire mode! - only automatic or three rounds each.)

The trophy is easily obtained on easy difficulty using any weapon.
