Spec Ops: The Line

There are plenty of opportunities to get this achievement. The grenades are powerful, so this achievement isn't too bad at all. Near the beginning of Chapter 2, when you pick up your first pair of grenades, you will have a chance by throwing one into the room when you get ambushed. You can also wait a little bit later in the mission to find a group of enemies. See the video for 2 examples.

There are several parts where you can get this and the enemies cluster in groups of at least 3. I didn't really try for it until chapter 6, so I got it just after the first big fight and you have run across the bridge.

Chapter 4: The Refugees

Near the beginning of the level you will come across the First Lieutenant from the 33rd and a CIA agent arguing. CHOOSE NOT TO SHOOT or there will be no enemies. After the conflict you will receive an automatic story related achievement:



This also triggers a checkpoint. Pick up the stun grenades near the repel line and proceed to repel downward. If you turn around and begin walking enemies will start to come around the corner. Throw the stun grenade then the frag grenade hopefully killing at least 3 of the 4 enemies.

If it doesn't work the first time allow one of the remaining enemies to kill you and you can reload the checkpoint before repelling. This time you should have a better idea of where they are coming from and where to throw the grenades.
