load Chapter 6 - The Pit.
Right at the beginning you find yourself behind a car. Go to your right and in front of you next to a cover you then see a box with two grenades in it.
Normally you can kill more than one opponent if you throw the grenade in the right way.
After throwing reload the checkpoint and repeat.
You can also get the "Marksman - Shotgun" achievement in this sequence. The shotgun is next to the grenade box.

Easy way to boost grenade kills- I got 15 in 2 mins, though it'll take 5 mins of playing through chapter 7 to reach.

These stats are cumulative. Grenades are very effective in this game and good strategy dictates they should be used frequently. You should easily unlock this trophy sometime during your two playthroughs. There are only two types of grenades in this game that kill (Frag and Sticky) and they both count towards this trophy. Stun grenades obviously don’t kill, thus don’t count.

Just make sure to use your grenades wisely, on larger groups of enemies and this achievement will unlock with natural progression, most likely during your first playthrough. It can also be boosted in Chapter 2 when you come across your first grenade ammo box. Just pick up the grenades, kill the enemies in the room, and reload the checkpoint.
