You unlock infinite mode after completing normal mode for the first time. Infinite mode is just a complete loop of the normal story which goes on forever, so 2 loops mean completing the game twice in a row. You don't have any time restrictions so you can play very slowly and without needing to rush through everything, a complete run takes around 20-25 minutes on average at least for me, so 2 loops would be around 40/50 minutes. The achievement will pop once you completed the 2nd loop and the 3rd one is starting.
