In this mode you will play 5 ties and each is comprised of 2 matches. The points from the first game carry over to the second.
The first tie is easy to win without upgrading any of your players. Concentrate on winning and collecting coins.
Between each tie upgrade your whole team as much as you can as each tie gets progressively harder. During the games try to win while collecting as many coins as you can. Continue with this pattern until you have beaten the semi-final stage.
If you do this then none of the matches should prove difficult to win until the final. This is the only time you should consider transferring any players as they will be better than your uograded players.
You can do the quitting out trick if you are about to lose. After beating the final team over two games the Achievement will unlock.
