This shouldn't be too difficult to do through regular play. An easy way to set this up is to get the freeze ray powerup and then hold it until the start of a new round. After a short delay you should be able to hit all three enemies.

You’re probably getting negative votes because you’re not mentioning you need to be level 2 to unlock the freeze powerup. At least that’s how it worked for me earlier when this achievement popped.
