to get this achievement and tis but a scratch wait until you get arrested and sent to jail. save the game first in case you fail so you can reload, click on the grate in the middle of your cell and immediately run to the corner of the cell keep clicking to run in the corner and don't stop. (if you do you will auto attack) which will kill the little spider, by doing this the spider will keep attacking and it will kill you it will take time. if you put it on the highest difficulty it will speed things up. when you die both achievements should pop

Your main character must be killed by a spider. Guaranteed to drop if he is killed by a spider in prison at the very beginning of the game. Turn on the maximum difficulty level and constantly give the character the order to go so that he does not kill the spider himself.
