as the other guide states this last mission is virtually impossible to do with out the glitch. the best i done was got it down to 20 seconds but, this is far better than getting frustrated and raging,
ok when you first put the antidote into the device, just simply use spider sense. hold the left stick down to the left and web zip.
the trick is to not see any of the lizards, that way they do not spawn.
i have heard that you can actually defeat them with black suited spiderman but you will need to do the whole game again which is pointless.
just follow this guide and the achievement should pop up.

Forget about the glitch. You'll spend more time and frustration waiting to see if it works. first two canisters are no problem. Do the third legit. stay in the center of the group next to the canister and Pound "Y" button, Use slow-mo alot, then "Y + RB" when rage meter fills. I got it legit on the first try! Wasted like 20 minutes trying to do the stupid glitch! If the Glitch Gods smile upon you, good for you, they ignored me here.

when going for the glitch method, the trick is to not look at the device, because the device coming into view with the camera is what triggers the lizards to spawn

The last mission were you have to protect the device from the lizards is dang near impossible without the glitch. When you get to the last location to protect the device, and after the cut scene. Right when the cut scene ends you web-zip all the way to the edge of the level towards were you came in at. It may take you a few tries, as it took me about 7 tries. But what this does is prevents the lizards from spawning. Then you just sit there without moving until time runs out. If it wasn't for this glitch, I probably would not have gotten this mission done. I take no credit for this. It was found at another achievement site. Hope this helps some people :)

Hey thanks for the tip. The glitch works pretty good, i've even used it for the 2nd device as well as the 3rd. However after the time runs out on the last one my xbox keeps freezing up at the load screen. Any ideas why this keeps happening, or how i can get it to load properly?

Hmmmm. Believe it or not, try doing it offline. I had this problem with Transformers. Kept freezing at the same loading screen. Disconnected from Xbox Live and it worked fine. Also, if that doesn't work. Try clearing your hard drive cache. And as a last resort, it might have a small scratch on the disc preventing it from loading properly. Try cleaning the disc of smudges. Might want to invest in a disc repair kit. Only costs around 10-20 bucks, but it is a great investment. I had one and fixed many cds, dvds and games :)

About 3/4 of the way through the game, you will meet back up with Doctor Conner and he will ask you to complete a couple tasks for him. Complete these 2 missions to unlock the achievement.
