This Achievement is unlocked after completing the mission "The Lizard - Part 3."
After fighting through some lizardmen, and solving a couple small puzzles with train cars, you will face off against Kraven. He will use his abilities to take multiple forms, but the procedure is still pretty much the same for all. Wail away with combos until you can enter Rage Mode and beat him down repeatedly with the ROFL Copter move. Once you deal enough damage, he will throw some objects at you to deal with (interactive cutscene) and run off.
In the second phase of his fight, use aerial attacks to pull the ever-spawning lizardmen up into the air and build up your combo meter. Once you enter Rage Mode, activate your Spidey-sense and look for the water splashes that give away the invisible Kraven's location. Use your power moves to whittle away at his health until he is defeated, which comes in the form of an interactive cutscene triggered by the Y button when it appears over Kraven's head.
After you chase down Lizard, use your webs (B) to stun him, and be ready to press the X button when he lunges at you. Then grab his tail with the B button and spin him around with the L-stick. Toss him with the B button so that he hits one of the four big generators in the room.
After you toss him, stay clear of him as he will use his "roar" attack. Next, he will charge, so jump over him. Stay far back or dodge the acid he spits. Now you can use your webs and repeat the sequence above. You must use him to destroy all four generators in this method to advance to the final phase of this mission.
In the final phase, Lizard jumps around from wall to wall. Stay clear of him until he lands on the ground, then unleash your attacks. If he gets stuck in the wall, this is a great opportunity to deal massive amounts of damage. Lather, rinse, and repeat until you have stunned him and can trigger the interactive cutscene that ends the mission. Whew, Achievement unlocked!

You're fighting a giant lizard now granted you have no clue what to do web his arms up then press 
then 
you will have to whip him into 4 circular objects once done his shield comes off, then just show him who's boss.

Agreeing with Vermin360.
I found that in fase 2 you can stand near the door where the lizards spawn and build up your aggro. When you can trigger rage check with Spider-sense if Kraven is in the water near you. (He'll try to reach you but he can't) When he is... jump up (A) and use Y to powerslam him. Jump back out of the water and do it again untill his health is gone and the cutscene is triggered.
This method worked for me. I couldn't do it while standing in the water and fight both Kraven and the Lizards. Good luck with this.
