Secret Achievement: Black Cat and Spider-Man
Description: Black Cat Conclusion achieved
This achievement refers to 1 of the 4 available endings to the game. To get this particular ending, when you are presented with a Red suit or Black suit choice, you must make more Black choices than Red. However, when you finish the fight with Symbiotic Black Cat, you MUST make a Black choice.
There is a way to get this achievement and the other primarily Black suit ending achievement without too much hassle. Play through the game making every Black choice until you hit Act 3. During act 3 you will get a mission where you will have to defend a church followed by a boss fight. At this point you will be prompted to Return to Harlem. Make a manual save here. Continue the game as normal making red choices. After the game is over, load that save and play the game making black suit choices. There are 2 times you get to make a choice after that save, right after the next boss fight and at the very end of the game. There is another time in which the game automatically will make a choice for you.

this guide is wrong i chose ALL black suit choices (which should have given me Anti-Hero) but i got this achievement instead

Well if you notice, this isn't a solution for those achievement so of course it's going to be wrong if you are looking for them. How about checking them instead of complaining and looking like an idiot?

There are four different endings for Spiderman: Web of Shadows. They are as follows:
Hero - Select all red suit choices, except after fighting Simbiote Black Cat.
Mary Jane & Spiderman - Select all red suit choices.
Black Cat & Spiderman - Select all black suit choices.
Anti-hero - Select all black suit choices, except after fighting Simbiote Black Cat.
You will have to play through the game at least twice to aquire all four endings. If you want to only play through twice, make your save after the Simbiote Wolverine fight. This will allow you to alter your choice after the Simbiote Black Cat fight.
Hero - Select all red suit choices, except after fighting Simbiote Black Cat.
