So finding the secret is rather easy, completing it will be a completely different story but if you just want the small GS boost then it's simple. When you first spawn in the hub (the place where you select game modes) Head as far right as you can then swing over to the right and make sure you are higher up. You should see a block of land with text saying "DON'T DO IT" to attach to, it may take a couple of attempts but it shouldn't be to difficult, after you land on the "DON'T DO IT" block and walk forward a bit the achievement should pop.
