There are 2 ways of getting these items.
1. You find them a bit hidden in the game like the ball bearings. So keep your eyes open when exploring the game.
2. You get a Faerie Fruit when you record a Sprout Sprite. (This will get you 10 fruits tops since there are only 10 sprouts to record. So you've to find the rest by exploring )
