Complete Chapter 3 and construct Simon splattergun. Then go to the garage, there is a Fire Salamander sitting next to it. Spray it with your gun, and just simply pick it up and bring it over to the terrarium on the 2nd floor (in the mansion). Achievement Unlocked!
