Really easy. While on chapter 2 you got to control Simon and you have to find a Fire Salamander to burn the book.
The salamander is in a pile of wood near the garage, and there is a Will o the Wisp near that you can use to lure a goblin into the Fire Salamander.

I'd like to add that if you miss, just go inside the garage and go back out again. It will make the Will of the Wisp respawn. Make sure you aim the Will at the house by standing near a rock that's surrounded by trees in the back, so that the goblin walks towards the house itself, and doesn't go wandering towards the fence.
