One of the easiest achievements in the game, but you'll need to wait until after Chapter 7 to get it.
Switch characters to Mallory out in front of the porch. Straight out from the front door you will find the Hobgoblin sitting up in a tree. Go talk to him as Mallory to receive his quest. Turn back to the house and run around it clockwise to the cellar entrance and go down
Go to the very back of the cellar and grab the birdseed off of the shelf. Return to the Hobgoblin and he'll spit in your face as a form of thanks. Nice, right?
Anyway, achievement unlocked. You can actually do it quicker than it took me to write this.
