Start a game of Sprites only to a score limit of 25 and do this once for each of the four 'Arenas'. Only need one player for this.

I can confirm you only need 1 player. I went for ISL Champion (100 points without being hit) solo on Frontyard Day, then ISL Master (50+ points each) on Frontyard Night and then just 25 point matches with 2 players on the other 2 levels. Popped right after finishing the 4th and final level, so it clearly counted my one player match on Frontyard Day. Strange but true... guess by 'multiplayer' it just means the mode and doesn't require multiple players.
