Spiral Splatter (UP)

A small piece of advice, pertinent for the entire game.

If, like me, you find the time limits necessary to achieve three stars consistently tricky, and the cursor difficult to control - especially at pace - trying tapping the A button for short intervals instead of holding it down for prolonged periods; this results in short boosts of speed much easier to control, and often gives the pace sufficient to complete each level.

You progress in this game by speed running each level to get a maximum of 3 stars (which will be needed for the full completion).

In order to progress to stage two, you will need to have a combined total of 10 stars. If going for 3* in each level (as you should), you will get this achievement after completing Stage 1-4 and having 12 total stars.
