This is story related and cannot be missed for completing Chapter 7.

To complete the chapter, you need to track down the red spirit. It will disappear shortly into the forest, but you can bark at fox statues to get some guidance on where you need to go.

Eventually you will reach a monastery-like city. You will need to climb up the ramparts where a number of statues are located with torches on them, then make your way into the building. You will know you’re close when you see a monk at an oven. Continue down and around and you will come across the red spirit. After the spirit is transformed, make your way through a couple of doorways and along a spirit tunnel back to the start of the forest.

After you exit the tunnel, go back to your ‘live’ fox body to the right. You will see it glowing off in the darkness. When you are close, it will prompt you to press x. That’s should end the chapter.

This is story related and cannot be missed for completing Chapter 7.
