Go to Chapter 5 Part 4
You spawn on a stone bridge. Grab the blue flowers on the right side of the water edge. Go back up on the Stone bridge you spawned on and jump across. Turning to the left, you should see another broken stone bridge. Jump across it. Once you've jumped across stop and look to the left. You should see a pressure plate.
Turn yourself/the fox So that the fox is looking at the plate. What you're going to do is shift to spirit form, jump dash across to the pressure plate, and after touching the plate, jump into the water. This should give you the achievement since the ledges in this area crumble. You should be able to near the camble sand effect.

You don't have to do everything in one place. You just need to perform these three actions (stand on the button, run on the swinging slab, run on the water) after you have the ability to turn into a spirit.
