For this achievement you need to stand in one of these blue laser and jump right before it kills you, the first time you will encounter one of those is in the level 12 "Troopers Please" but you can earn it way sooner in the hub.
First you need to unlock the Stickink, which you will grab at the end of level 6 "A Bad Encounter", it will also unlock the following achievement :
Once you've completed the level and are back in the hub, head next to the door of the level 12, there is a laser waiting for you.
Like mentioned earlier, just stay in the laser, and jump right before it kills you, it might take a few tries but nothing tricky.
Also I unlocked this achievement, even though I died in the laser, I'm fairly certain the only thing that matter is the right timing of the jump.
