Update 2: The playlists have been updated, "Update 1" still works but Big Head Snipes is now only a time limited mode which will be cycled in and out. Again, bare that in mind when reading the guide, thank you!
Update 1: Since the beta ended and Season 0 began, there is now currently a permanent gamemode called Big Head Snipes. You can find this under Casual > Rumble. This probably makes this achievement a little easier for you, as you have more to aim at and more chance of a double headshot which will kill them both instantly. Bare that in mind when reading the guide, thank you!
This achievement is partly based on luck so there is no right or wrong way about it, but these would be my tips.
You can play Shotty Snipers, which would guarantee you will always have a sniper, this was the way I got it but that is also hoping that players stay together when you're firing.
Or, you could also go and pick up the sniper on game modes like King of the Hill for example, this would mean that players will more than likely be grouped together because they may be standing in the hill together to protect it and score points.
The other thing you can do is to think strategically. You could try you sitting near places like small passageways or corridors etc. This could help as there could be a possiblity 2 opponents will be grouped together giving you a chance at the collateral.
I'm suspecting probable down thumbs for these tips only because people will expect an easy method, but as far I'm aware there is no easy way, it's just luck based, but I'm hoping these tips will help you.
Just to be clear also just in case any of you don't realise what a collateral is, it's when you get 2 kills with one shot.
Maybe the clips will give you some ideas of how you can get it.

An easy way to get it (and how i done it) is to party up with 3 peoples, go in Big Head Sniper at a time where there is not much peoples like 6 am. Try to get on the map Atlantis (wich isn't hard, it pop up often). You are most likely gonna play ONLY Bots and they are EXTREMELY stupid.
When the game start, aim at the other side and if you don't get it right away, just keep your aim on each side of the corridor, the bots will spawn at the same spot everytime and just make sure your friends/partners let you do the killing on one side and you bound to pop a few.
I learned that when there is no humans on a team, the bots spawn at the same place all the time and act very dumb. But if an human is in the game it may affect the spawning.

Play Shotty/Snipers and a great map for this is Atlantis. Hang back in the larger room you spawn in and shoot towards the other spawn point.

Literally first Sniper/Shotty match on Atlantis I got this, pretty easy considering everyone is going to try and snipe down that area at the beginning

go to gungame with your 2 friends and set a spot to meet at. when you get 7 kills to get to the sniper and then make them line up and then hit them with a headshot. BOOM!

Omg I don’t know why I didn’t think of this smh brilliant. Idk why this doesn’t have more up votes because the top guide talks about big head mode which doesn’t exist anymore
