There are two ways you can get this achievment.
1. The first way you can get this achievment is by just going AFK. I have tried this multiple times and at the moment of me writing this guide you will not be kicked for going AFK.
2. The second way you can get this achievment is by just playing the matches normal and eventually you will get the achievment. The best gamemodes that I found to be the less time consuming are Team Deathmatch, Team Swat, and Team Shotty Snipers.

The game now kicks for inactivity. However, I've confirmed you can use a rubber band or cable or whatever to hold LS to the side so you are constantly strafing. AFK as you please

In 2023, you now get kicked for inactivity. Pretty quickly as well.

Change the search settings to just Team Deathmatch, Team Swat, and Team Shotty Snipers. I feel these are the fastest games to finish.
