How to unlock the Robot encyclopedia achievement in SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated - Definitive Guide
You will need to play the game up to the Flying Dutchman's Graveyard to unlock this achievement.
Whenever the game introduces a new enemy, make sure to kill it at least once. It's near impossible to miss this achievement due to the game force feeding you each enemy type during different areas.
If you think you've missed one, head on over to the Police Station in the second part of Bikini Bottom to check your progress.
Finally, after you meet the Dutchman you will encounter a large mini-boss. This is the final enemy you will need to kill for this achievement.
Keep in mind major bossess don't count. (Robot Cast Boss Fights)

The 'large mini-boss' encountered after the Flying Dutchman is not needed for this achievement. I played through the Spongebob's Dream stage before the Graveyard stage and unlocked it during the battle royale in Mr Krabs' dream as that was where the final enemy needed (Tubelets) could be found

Easily achieved by playing the game.
For more detail:
As you move level to level, you get introduced to robots that you can destroy. Each level has a different mix, so you will need to go to levels that have robots that aren't in other levels.
