SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake

This Achievement takes place at the end of the Jelly Glove World level, during the Glovey Glove boss fight.

If it's your first playthrough I would recommend making a save before starting the fight or if you've already finished the game, you can chapter select directly to the level and checkpoint.

Make your way up the platforms and pick up the Reef Blower.

Now the enemies will keep respawning infinitely so just keep sucking them up until the achievement unlocks.
