Tartar Jellies are the enemy that launches tartar sauce at you from above at a distance. They are very noticeable with the giant bottles of tartar sauce they carry. Simply use RB to blow a bubble at them when they are in the process of launching the sauce at you ten times and this will pop. You'll see an icon above their heads of a bubble wand and a bubble if you can hit them. Stunning them with the bubble is very useful until you get the Karate Kick to attack and simply home in on them, so you'll probably get this in the first few levels.
