The burrower is the giant worm enemy that burrows under the ground before it attacks. You have to have it eliminate other enemies. The best spot to do this is in front of the pineapple in Bikini Bottom. There is a burrower and 3 other enemies here

You need the gummy worm to kill 10 enemies, the trophy is easily done near Spongebob's house.
