This should come naturally however if you would like to speed it up I found an infinite jelly farm.
This can be done on the Karate Downtown Bikini Bottom level, the checkpoint is called Backlot.
You'll find a dumpster behind one of the trailers and each time you hit it you'll receive two jellies.
Hopefully they don't patch this.
