You'll have 3 minutes to catch Mr. Krabs before you'll be forced to load last save to try again. On the seahorse segment, you can press X and A buttons (square and X buttons on the dualshock controller) to jump while boosting.

@DigitalAtlas If its your first playthrough, you can load your last save to try again. If you already finished the game, you can load the very first level and the very last checkpoint.

This Achievement takes place at the end of the Wild West Jellyfish Fields, after exiting the Bullworm Mine checkpoint.
If it's your first playthrough I would recommend making a save before starting the chase or if you've already finished the game you can chapter select directly to the level and checkpoint.
Starting off you'll be on a Seahorse chasing after Mr. Krabs and you need to boost as much as you can in order to save time, you also have to boost through the gates in order to avoid taking damage and you need to jump over the explosive barrels that Mr. Krabs is throwing.
After making it onto the train quickly use the bounce pad and make your way on top of the train then drop down and take out the enemies.
In the next room ignore the enemies to save time and quickly press the button to open up the door then drop across the gap and use the bounce pad to get on top of the train then jump across the wood platforms and drop down.
In the next area ignore the enemies and run past them, use the bridge to get on top of the train then drop down.
Ignore the enemies again and run past them, jump across the gap and make your way to the closed door.

This is good. One more thing I would add is that you can spam the X and A buttons during the seahorse riding segment and get to the train a whole lot faster. I tried 4 times initially and failed every time, but after doing the spam, I got it first try.

In the final section of the train for me, the button was already there without having to take out all the enemies. Not sure if it’s because I already completed the level and used checkpoint select to go back or what, but might be useful for saving even more time.

So I just spammed the X button on the horse and karate kicked my way past the enemies, I would recommend doing this at the end of the game - see how I did it here
