Simply play on any level with jellyfish. Let one run into you, then rapidly move the Left Thumbstick from side to side until you break the stun.

I wanted this quick and don´t know what level the jellyfish are on!
EDIT: No jellyfishes in local multiplayer! So play story mode and you find this on the very first level.

You can unlock this achievement by going into any game mode, and letting a jellyfish stun your character (simply let it touch you).
Once stunned, the game will instruct you to quickly move the left thumbstick left and right rapidly (
), which will break you out of your stun and unlock the achievement.
