To get this achievement you will need to play online and play and finish all four game types (Mancala, Chess, Checkers, and Reversi).
You can get this achievement in player matches and you do NOT have to win.
I will highly recommend boosting this game. Not because it is hard (this is a very easy achievement) but because there is a huge lack of players on this game.
Once you have either found a friend or someone to play with just play and finish the first game and then press X to switch games and then finish that game. Do this until all game types have been played and the achievement will unlock.
===Being Efficient===
This achievement will also unlock "Player of Games" if you don't already have it.
If played correctly it will also unlock "Winner Of Games", "Mancala Master", "Four Corners", "King Me!", "Five Kings", and "Overkill" (see the achievement guide for those achievements for more information).
It will also help your progress in "Chess Champ", "Mancala Warrior", and "Play 5" if played correctly.

Just want to add that I was double boxing this and the first time through only my alt account(host) was able to unlock this, as well as play 5 games online. When I hosted with my main account it seemd to work for the other, I'm going to try the same for this.

Its glitchy for sure. I just got the one for winning all 4 ranked but this one didnt pop. My friend had the same problem but he deleted his game a few times to get it to work.

Set up a player match with a friend, then play a game. Then start another game and press 
to swap games. Play that one out then start the next game and press again. Rinse and repeat till you play all four games. If you have not already got it you will get the "Player of Games" achievement while doing this one.
