The four birds you need to charge through are located in the bottom left area of the map(make sure you turn on the map screen on the pause/options menu so you can find the area easier) you'll see a long stretch of grass with four puffers and a devil. If you accidentally kill some of them before you can charge though them(those spinning chests you have to flame three times rapidly can sometimes fly off and kill enemies, so watch it) just jump off the edge into the abyss so they will respawn.

Hello everybody!

There will be an open area on the other side of the circular arena. Out here there will be four puffer birds in a row. Wait till they're not puffed up and charge right through.

Play through the level naturally and you can't miss the 4 Puffer Birds all lined up on the platform about half way through the level.
