This achievement just needs you to get the key and unlock the strong chest in the Dr. Shemp boss level. There will be a section with a small blue... spiral lift thingy that will lift you up to a ledge that takes you to the boss fight. If you take this lift and turn around however, you will see the key on a ledge. Once you've gotten the key, go back up the lift, finish the boss fight, and then run past the exit of the level. The strong chest is on a ledge a little lower than the one you're standing on. Just walk up to it, the key will unlock it, and you'll have this one.

To access the Strong Chest, you must first obtain the Key which can be located quite early on in the level. As you start the level, just follow the linear route until you come to a gully like section. As you make your way through it, you should be attacked by a few enemies which are being pushed in your direction by a bigger enemy. To the side of these Gnorcs is magical lift to a higher platform. When you reach the top, turn around and the Key is on a platform below.
Now carry on through the level as normal, defecting Dr. Shemp and then head up to the Return Home Portal. Just past this, you should see a small ledge with the Strong Chest on it. Just Glide on over to it to automatically use the Key to unlock it.
