For this achievement you must defeat all the Earthshapers (the giant rock monsters) in the level. the only way to beat them is to headbutt them into the lava, however you can't get this achievement on your first runthrough of the level. The reason for this is towards the end of the level, there is a character know as the alchemist that has a mission where you must protect him from from the last remaining Earthshapers (old-school spyro fans know how infamous this is).
After protecting him he frees Hunter and Hunter has a mission where you must destroy the Earthshapers in that area, but you can't do it on your first run of the level because you need the headbash ability which can be obtained in the third hub world by purchasing it from Moneybags. Once you purchase the ability from Moneybags renter the level, kill the Earthshapers near the lava, do the alchemist mission, then do Hunter's mission. after killing the last Earthshaper the achievement will pop and it.
*Edit* another way you can do it is getting the superflame from Dragon Shores and return back to Fracture Hill and kill the Earthshapers

You gotta wonder why you have so many negative votes on every solution you post for this game. You are not explaining it all. People want a direct answer. I know from playing in the early days. But still.... You don't say whete you get headbash. That's a main thing dude. Might as well delete all your solutions.

Before you can attempt this achievement you must first have the following;
- Moneybags Winter Tundra: Headbash for 1,000 Gems
There are a total of 17 Earthshapers to defeat in this level. The first 10 have to be defeated by using your Charge to push them into one of the lava pits. The last 7 can only be killed with your Headbash move while attempting Hunters challenge. The locations of all 17 are:
- Earthshapers #1/2/3/4/5: All within the starting area down to your left
- Earthshapers #6/7/8/9/10: Work your way around the higher ground anti-clockwise and they'll be down to your left
- Earthshapers #11/12/13/14/15/16/17: Carry on working anit-clockwise around the level and the final lot will be here near the Alchemist and Hunter
