How to unlock the S2 | Gnot Cannon achievement in Spyro Reignited Trilogy - Definitive Guide

Once you reach the end of the tunnel you'll come across two TNT throwing birds with a cannon nearby. The first is at the end of the tunnel, the second is behind the door you need to blast through. Shoot at any one of the birds to get the achievement, I did it with the first bird.

Play through the level until you come across the second cannon – It’s quite early on. Right in front of you will be a blocked area you can shoot and destroy and behind this you’ll see a TNT Thrower. Now just aim the cannons turret at the right angle so that when you fire you hit and defeat the TNT Thrower.
