Bentley the Yeti can be found in a hidden room which is opposite the Frozen Altars portal in Evening Lake World where Moneybags has him trapped in a cage. To set him free you'll need a total of 1,000 Gems which you should already have in your bank. When you have the required amount, pay the fee to Moneybags and set him free.
