The Transporter Rocket will only unlock once you’ve completed the below levels in Evening Lake World:
- Lost Fleet
- Frozen Altars
- Fireworks Factory
- Charmed Ridge
- Bentley’s Outpost
Once it’s unlocked, simply jump in and fly away.
