This mission is available once you have freed Agent 9 in the 4th HUB world, by paying gems to Moneybags.

Once you have unlocked the level, here is a video on all the balloon locations within the level.

Before you can unlock this achievement you must do the follow:

  • Moneybags Midnight Mountain World: Free Agent 9 for 1,300 Gems

There’s a total of 6 red balloons with pots attached to them that you must shoot and burst within this level. Below are their locations:

  • Balloon #1: Above the first electric gate you pass through
  • Balloon #2: Above you as you enter the lab
  • Balloon #3/4: Above you in the same area as the bomb vending
  • Balloon #5/6: Throw a bomb over the electric barrier to the left of the bomb vending and they’ll be above you in this last area
