How to unlock the Buried Alive achievement in SSX - Definitive Guide

During the Tour, you will be in Alaska. The last event in this region, is called the "Denali" and they recommend you use armor for this event, because of the avalanche.

Choose this event, and make sure you are NOT do not armour. You should have a very low survival probability (4%).

Just take your time down the hill. The hardest part is adjusting to the new camera angle. Control and use boost when you need it, and make sure to listen to the announcer as well as take the clues written on the slopes of the mountain as you go down, and this one is pretty easy. Also, you are allowed 3 total rewinds, if you ever take a nasty spill, and they will not prevent you from attaining the achievement.

Take your time and listen to the clues!

One of the easier ones. Got it first try. I didn't take my time, just went flat out from the start.

Complete Deadly Descent: Avalanche in Alaska, Denali - Emergency Exit without the use of armor. If you have not previously completed this event you will be using Psymon.
For this descent your camera will be reversed and actions such as landing a jump or making a sharp turn will start snow balls rolling down the hill(Avalanche). This is one of the few descents where speed is your friend as you will need to outrun the avalanche so it is a good idea to hit Tricky/Super Tricky as soon as possible and maintain it. The snow balls gather speed as they travel down the hill and will do damage to you, and if there are enough, they can knock you over. When you start the run you'll have a few dozen meters to build up your boost without having to worry about avalanches; the snow's solid at the top. Listening to the Helicopter pilot is also useful, as she'll say things like "There's a crevasse on your left, stay to the right." These messages also appear written on the snow in huge letters, and all of these refer to the players direction, for example when they say "Stay Left", it means the left side of your screen, not in reference to which way your character is moving/facing.

Try not to turn sharply and jump less. You can also take a wingsuit
